IKEA plans to build a 1.14 MW system in Nevada. The system will be the largest single-use rooftop solar array by a retailer in the state.


Southern Company and Turner Renewable Energy partner for a 15 MW deal with Solar Frontier. This is the eighth partnership for Southern Power and Turner Renewable Energy. It brings their total solar capacity to over 320 MW.

Sacramento Kings enter a 20 year PPA with SMUD to purchase electricity through the SolarShares program. The power will come from the new 10.9 MW facility near Rancho Seco.


Cypress Creek and Sustainable Energy Solutions partner to bring 15 MW of solar to Florence County, S.C. The project is expected to be complete by the end of the year. It will bring 40-60 new jobs to the area.


GM and DTE partner for 800 kW array in Michigan. When complete, the project will be GM's largest solar installation in the state. This puts GM on track to exceed its 2020 goal of 125 MW of clean energy worldwide.


As a part of the Energy Savings Performance Contract at Fort Hamilton New York a 1.16 MW solar system will be installed. The arrays will be installed on rooftops and carports.
