WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Quick Mount PV officially opened their new headquarters in the Shadelands area of Walnut Creek last week with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday June 27, 2012.  The celebration was attended by numerous representatives of city, county, state and US officials along with banking, solar industry and Quick Mount PV employees.

Quick Mount PV was founded by Stuart and Claudia Wentworth in 2006. After spending 20 years in metal fabrication, green building and construction trades, the couple saw a serious need for quality mounting solutions for the solar industry. As the industry leader, the company presently manufactures innovative water-proof rooftop mounting systems for a variety of rooftop styles for both commercial and residential applications. Quick Mount PV was formed to meet the needs and demands of solar systems focused on being strong, watertight  multiple mount systems which can be installed quickly in a cost effective and code compliant manner.

Their new location represents the third move for Quick Mount since 2006 and their largest building to date (133,600 sq feet), allowing for even more future growth.

The growing US-based manufacturing company of 62 employees was able to purchase the property on Mitchell Drive in Walnut Creek  through a US Small Business administration 504 loan arranged by TMC Financing’s San Francisco office. TMC specializes in SBA 504 loans in the California and Nevada markets. The ribbon cutting ceremony was a celebration of creative US Government financing supporting a local green business which in turn creates US-based manufacturing jobs.
